BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App is a simplified mobile version of BizChannel, allowing you to perform your banking transactions via mobile device or tablet.
2 Is BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App only available to business customers?
Yes, for existing BizChannel@CIMB user: Simply download the BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App from your device app's store and log in using your existing Company and User ID.

To register for BizChannel@CIMB: Download and submit the completed BizChannel@CIMB Application Form at any CIMB Bank & CIMB Islamic branch.
3 What are the services or features available through BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App?
Use this app to when you are on the go, you can:
- View account balances and recent transactions
- Create payments via in-house, IBG, Telegraphic Transfer and Rentas
- Pay bills via Bill Payments or JomPAY
- Receive notification of payments ready for authorisation
- Authorise payments

Transaction limits and entitlements associated with your user profile on BizChannel@CIMB will be applied when using BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App.
4 Do I need internet connection to use BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App?
Yes, you will need access to internet connection to use this app.
5 What is the difference between the BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App and website for existing customers?
BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App is quick and simple to use. It allows you direct access to your accounts and services anytime, anywhere.
6 Is there a cost involved if I download the BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App?
There is no additional cost for using BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App. However, when using the app you are subject to any fees that maybe be charged by your mobile or internet service provider for browser related services used to access this app.
7 Can I access BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App while in overseas?
Yes, this app can be used in many countries. When using this app abroad please be aware that you will be responsible for complying with laws in the countries you travel to. Your network provider's charges may be higher than usual when abroad and CIMB is not responsible for these charges. We recommend that you check your roaming coverage and charges prior to travel.
